The initial site plan was produced by Yiannis Vikeas, one of the most
respected architects in Greece. The site is built on a slope, and so all
properties will have stunning sea views over the bay of Klima to Asia
Minor.
The concept behind the overall construction is to emulate the village tradition of the island. Therefore, the resort is split into hubs which encompass a range of property types. The varying design of the properties is intended to heighten the sense of community living while creating a pleasing and interesting aesthetic.
The properties themselves range in size from single storey apartment suites complete with their very own garden, apartment suites located on the ground floor with a garden or the first floor with a terrace. There are one bedroom, one bathroom Kampana’s with roof terrace and a garden, (limited available with easy access facilities.) There are one bedroom townhouse spread across two floors of spacious living which also have a ground floor garden, terrace and roof garden. The two bedroom luxury villas are very spacious and have their own outdoor living area perfect for entertaining or relaxing. Finally there are the three bedroom premier villas that come complete with their very own decking area and swimming pool.

The properties within the Halcyon Hills resort have to be fully furnished if they are going to be part of the rental guarantee. The furniture packs are offered at a heavily subsidised rate being only 100 Euros per sq meter. The one off fee will be payable six months before resort completion.
